• Not listed on any self-exclusion register administered by Winway33 or any recognised gambling authority.
• Must not be a current or former employee, contractor, or immediate family member of any Winway33 employee or gaming technology provider partnered with Winway33.

Winway33 reserves the right to request proof of identity and eligibility at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in the account being suspended or terminated.

3. Account Registration

Account registration process Winway33 requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at all times. Information required during registration includes your full name (as shown on your identification document), an active Malaysian phone number, and a secure password.

You are fully responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. Submitting false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or at any point while using the platform is a serious breach of these terms and may result in:

• Immediate account suspension or termination without prior notice.
• Freezing of all account balances pending completion of the investigation.
• Cancellation of all winnings and bonuses earned while the account was active.
• Referral to the relevant authorities where fraudulent activity is involved.

Each individual may only register one (1) account Winway33. Registering a second or multiple accounts using different details for the same individual is strictly prohibited and considered fraud. 4. Deposits & Payments

All financial transactions on the Winway33 conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM/MYR). You may deposit into your Winway33 account using only valid payment methods registered in your own name.

4.2 Deposit Limits

4.3 Deposit Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that you deposit the correct amount into the correct account. Winway33 is not liable for any losses resulting from transfer errors made by you. All deposits successfully credited to a Winway33 account are final and non-refundable, except in circumstances approved by management for valid reasons.

5. Withdrawal of Winnings

Winnings legitimately earned through betting at Winway33 will be credited to your account balance and may be withdrawn at any time subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per transaction.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as your Winway33 account.
• Any bonus that has not met the minimum wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
• The KYC process must be fully completed before your first withdrawal exceeding RM500 can be processed.

5.1 Withdrawal Processing Time

6. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, promotions, special offers, and rewards provided by Winway33 is subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in each individual offer. The following general rules apply to all Winway33 bonuses unless stated otherwise:

6.1 Wagering Requirement

All deposit bonuses at Winway33 subject to wagering requirements before winnings from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement for deposit bonuses is 20x of the bonus amount. Example: If you receive a bonus of RM100, you must place cumulative bets totalling RM2,000 (RM100 × 20) before any winnings from that bonus are eligible for withdrawal.

6.2 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer is for the personal use of the member only — bonuses cannot be transferred to another member.
• Only one (1) active bonus is permitted at any one time unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Bonuses carry an expiry date as stated in the promotion's terms. Any bonus that expires without the wagering requirement being met will be automatically forfeited.
• Any attempt to abuse Winway33's bonus system — including placing low-risk or opposing bets solely to meet wagering requirements — is considered a breach of terms and may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Winway33 reserves the right to void any bonus and related winnings if it is determined that the bonus was obtained through methods that do not comply with the stipulated terms.

6.3 Game Contribution Towards Wagering Requirements

Not all games contribute equally toward bonus wagering requirements. As a general guide at Winway33: slots contribute 100%, Live Casino games such as baccarat and blackjack contribute between 10% and 20%, and Sports Betting contributions depend on the minimum odds specified in the relevant promotion's terms.

7. Sports Betting Rules

• The odds displayed are those at the time you place your bet. Any odds changes after your bet is confirmed will not affect your wager.
• If a sporting event is cancelled or postponed without an official result within 48 hours of the originally scheduled time, all bets will be voided and stakes returned to your account.
